1. Refund Policy
a. Requests for a monetary refund are reviewed on a case by case basis. Final decisions are at the sole discretion of CannaMojoCBD.
b. Absolutely no refunds for merchandise opened, consumed in entirety or in part, in wore out condition or beyond its expiration date.
c. We will gladly extend a full cash refund on unopened and/or undamaged merchandise if returned within 14-days of the delivery date less any shipping charges.
2. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
